my story
As a child I chose fruit and raw vegetables over chips and candy bars. I chose to spend every afternoon out at the barn with my horse instead of watching TV. Needless to say, I have always had a passion for staying active and living a healthy life. That passion continues today, as I am pursuing my career in the health and fitness industry.
Regarding my academic background, I attended Bayside Academy from Kindergarten through 12th grade and graduated with a 4.3 GPA. Then I attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, California for 4 years to receive my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
After spending some time working at a marketing firm in Los Angeles, I decided to move back home to Fairhope, Alabama in October of 2016 so that I could pursue my true passion of health and fitness. I am now a certified ACE Personal Trainer and a certified IIN Nutritional Health Coach, and I am extremely excited to be able to use these accreditations to do what I love.
my Mission
Everyone deserves to feel healthy and happy. I am determined to help people reach their wellness goals, whatever they may be. We live in a world of chaos, both good and bad, and I want to refocus my clients on what truly matters in their lives. Happiness is not a destination - it is achieved by living life with love, grace, and gratitude.
“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”
